1: Accessing Teams on your mobile phone using Android & Apple.
Microsoft Teams for Android devices can be installed from here = Teams for Android
Microsoft Teams for Apple iOS devices can be installed from here = Teams for Apple iOS
In order to access Teams on your mobile device you will also need to set up two-factor authentication, which is needed for any offsite access to work systems. You will be prompted to do this after installation. Two-factor authentication can be done through the Microsoft Authenticator App or by receiving an SMS containing a log-in code.

2: Citrix Workspace – Unable to connect.
The following error can be seen when attempting to access Citrix applications without a valid VPN connection.
This error can be resolved by ensuring that a VPN is connected either with Direct Access or Cisco Anyconnect.
You can often resolve this issue by restarting your machine and checking that the connection is valid after logging in.
